We had a relaxing stay. Actually great value for money.

Apartments were very clean and comfortable. Reception an housekeeping staff very helpful.

There was no oven or microwave. There was no on-site bar or restaurant open

Excellent value. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Resataurant food and drinks at reasonable prices with excellent service. Pool area tidy and easy to find somewhere to sit/lie. Very friendly.

Would suggest upgrade of sunbeds.

It was good to be able to check in at 12.00 noon and to be able to stay until 12.30 p.m. - convenient for an afternoon or early evening flight back to UK.

Found the staff very helpful and friendly. We were visiting all parts of the island and found the location excellent, within 45 minutes drive of the furthest reaches of the island. The area itself is nice and quiet (bar the occasional roar of a jet engine from the nearby airport) and anything they don't have in their own shop can be bought at the Spar a 5 minute walk away.

Great stuff, very nice and kind, always helpful and with a sense of humour. Onsite restaurant offers tasty meals at reasonable prices. Good place for aviation fans but not the best one for those who do not accept aeroplanes' noise ;-)

I was there with friends and all of us were happy.

Very nice apartments, well located close to nice sandy beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Cleaned regularly. Silence place. There is a restaurant o the territory, where the breakfast is good and complete. 5 minute walk to the center with restaurants and shops. Late check out was possible even without additional cost.

Reception is only open until 17:00. Pool is small, completely useless since the stunning ocean in 10 minutes.

Adel in the bar had very good english and could help you out with any thing you needed. Nice to chat to some one that could speek good english. No english speeking people in the apt when we visted. Place had gate that were to be locked at night and only who was in the apt had keys for them. Placed cleaned every day. Pool small but very nice.

One of the apt had stuff falling off the room wall (the plastering) didnt comlpain as didnt effect us really just look bad and can not understand why would they put people in a room with the wall the way it was..... I do feel they would have moved us if we asked & if the had anothe apt but we had two apt together so then we prob would not be together. We had little ant very few days on our floor but with a spray i had with me it got rid of them.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant,the food in the restaurant was very good.Our apartment was lovely and we had a great view of the pool area.I Was delighted that there was wifi available as my daughter could go on to the internet when she wanted to.I Think these apartments are great value for money and I would recommend them to my friends.

I think there should be more than one key issued for each family because if one of the family go out at night time the others are locked in or have to wait up for the other person to return to let them in.it would be great if wifi was available in your apartment as it was cold at night time and if you wanted to go on the internet you had to sit down near the reception area.There should be security cameras installed in the complex as the apartment under us was broken in to and robbed.

The location was perfect and so close to the beach in a lovely, quiet suburb and ten minutes from the airport. The grounds/pool area were kept very well and the cleaners attended to our apartment every second day; the towels were changed during each cleaning. The restaurant, although basic decor-wise, served good food; the service from Adelle and the Chef were top class. The price of the accommodation was very competitive for such a good location.

The beds were not very comfortable. The towels and sheets were very worn and dis-coloured. The sofa bed in our apartment was very dirty and smelly. The paintwork in our apartment was very grubby.

Could not have been happier with guacimeta, the location is excellent for a quite stay in the puerto del carmen area, the apartments were pretty good and the staff were excellent. We had the half board option and I can only say the food was excellent with the restauraunt staff very good. And friendly, really enjoyed our stay.

Bargin hotel helpfull staff clean comfy and relaxing you get what you pay for and more thiis was are second time there will be a third when all the residents take time to offer you a smile you know you are in the right place

Clean, quiet, spacious and friendly. I didn't want to be in the heart of Puerto del Carmen with all the mass tourism so this suited me perfectly.

It is quite, clean. Firendly atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Kind staff
